BKF organises a Hindustani classical music programme every year in memory of Pandit Mallikarjun Mansur, the doyen of Hindustani classical music. The 16th Dhwani was held on 21 and 22 September 2019. The festival’s sixteen-year run has been possible thanks to the consistent support of donors, music lovers and philanthropists. Proceeds help sustain free dialysis for poor patients and add to the corpus that allows BKF to meet its objectives.

Dhwani is BKF’s flagship annual fundraiser, held in memory of Pandit Mallikarjun Mansur, the doyen of Hindustani classical music, who was treated at BKF in 1992. Ticket and sponsorship proceeds go directly towards free dialysis for patients who cannot afford it.
