You can pledge to donate your organs after death through the government’s official NOTTO / SOTTO registry, or discuss living donation with a recognised hospital’s transplant team. Every pledge is voluntary and unpaid – organ donation is a gift, never a transaction. Selling or buying organs is illegal in India, and BKF will never entertain, broker, or support such an offer.
